First Aid At Work (HSE Approved) Re-qualification Course

A two day course (typically 8.30am to 4.00pm), this two day course updates the First Aider skills of those who need to renew their statutory First Aid at Work Certificate and whose existing certificate is still valid.

Course Outline

• Accident and Illness
• Using a First Aid Kit
• Simple Record Keeping
• Treatment of an Unconscious Casualty
• Heart Attacks
• Resuscitation
• Shock
• Choking
• Bleeding
• Burns and Scalds
• Poisoning
• Fractures

On successful completion of the final assessment the candidate receives an HSE approved certificate valid for three years.

Please note First Aiders whose certificate has expired for more than 28 days must attend the full four day first aid at work course.

Availability / Location
Because of the facilities and equipment necessary to run this course effectively it is normally only available at our London/Essex training centre, but we would naturally be pleased to discuss the possibility of running this course at your premises.
