Administration Support - Training Coordinator
  • Part Time /Rochester 
  • We want someone to fit into a small team to be multi skilled with willingness for ongoing training, with a flexible attitude and a methodical and organised work ethic.
  • Manage any alterations to bookings and ensure the relevant people are informed. 
  • Maintaining current diary forward planning for upcoming training 
  • Using social media, mail-shots and phone calls to advertise the service to potential clients
  • Data Entry- Recording data gleaned from customers and using this data to register trainee’s details.
  • Post- Booking mail in and out, packaging any sales orders. Sending out certification to customers and recording detailed information. Maintaining various databases and accessing the information taking action as required.
  • Answering general calls and directing to the correct member of staff, liaise with instructors regarding ongoing training courses and ensuring all course paperwork available. 
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills 
  • Good telephone manner 
  • Ability to work without supervision or as part of a team 
  • Full driving licence and vehicle preferred/ Company van is available if required. 
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Experience  Word or Excel and similar packages


  • A general knowledge of geographical areas within UK would be an advantage although not essential.
  • Willing to add to personal skills by attending training courses
  • Be flexible while undertaking tasks with the ability to switch from one to another as required
  • Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members
  • Full Driving Licence desirable.

Instructor - Hornchurch Area

  • We require an additional instructor, qualified and experienced in the delivery of both IPAF and PASMA training to the highest standard, and able to add value to our rapidly growing and innovative business.
  • Applicants must be of a mature personality, enthusiastic, presentable and hard working with good customer liaison skills and able to work on their own initiative as well as within a team. Successful applicants must be computer literate with a clean driving licence.
  • Ideal candidates will have a background within the Access industry and ideally experienced in use and instruction of Harnesses
  • Although you will be based at our key Hornchurch training centre, you will also be expected to have the flexibility to deliver courses at our customers' premises, and at other KINGFISHER Access training centres as required.
