Administration & Training Coordinator – Full-Time

📍 Location: Medway City Estate
Hours: Full-time, 07:30 AM start
💼 Perks: Allocated parking, 28 days holiday

Are you a highly organised and computer-literate professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced office? We’re seeking an Administration & Training Coordinator to join our busy training centre and play a key role in managing bookings, customer enquiries, and office operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Processing course bookings and maintaining training schedules
✅ Raising invoices and handling payments
✅ Converting incoming calls into sales opportunities
✅ Managing and updating social media accounts
✅ Using Excel and Microsoft Office to maintain records and reports
✅ Developing customer relationships and promoting our new training room in Medway
✅ Supporting our training team of instructors in London & Essex

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Strong administrative and organisational skills
🔹 Must be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel, Office & social media
🔹 Excellent telephone manner & ability to convert enquiries into sales
🔹 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

✅ Handling customer queries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
