Something in your way? A cantilever tower is ideal for overcoming obstacles, like stairwells, window apertures, riser shafts or porches, getting you closer to the area you need to reach.
These towers have a platform sticking out the side or end. This helps you work over obstructions, making it useful for a whole host of tasks.
PASMA Cantilever Towers for Users will equip you with the specialist knowledge you need to work safely with cantilever towers. Spend one day with an expert instructor and go back to work knowing:
- How to safely assemble, dismantle, alter and move cantilever towers
- How to safely use cantilever towers

Using a combination of theory and practical work, this course builds on your existing tower knowledge by introducing new techniques, such as the use of ballast to balance the tower. You’ll also be introduced to new enabling components, such as cantilever frames and frame links. Plus, you’ll learn about the different safe working load capabilities of this type of tower.

This course is suitable for anyone who will be using cantilever towers at home or at work and has already completed Towers for Users, including:
- Those who have never used cantilever towers before
- Those re-taking the course after an earlier qualification expires
- Those working towards Access Tower Specialist status
It’s designed for operatives. If you manage or supervise operatives, look at Towers for Managers instead.
