Having a jacket fitted over a harness is very practicable it also has pockets to store your mobile phone, small tools and equipment. These long line padded jackets are available in bright yellow and a variety of sizes (you will be able to try for sizes while at the centre.  The other key advantage of this jacket is it provides protection to the harness against wear and tear, dirt and  contamination from chemicals, UV (sun light) etc
